To honor intellectual property rights and prevent legal conflicts, Namebase has implemented restrictions on the sale of certain registered trademarks within its Marketplace and Auctions.

Bidding on trademarked names including those released during the Happening is prohibited. While these auctions will be visible on our platform, bidding will not be permitted. Interested parties may place bids on these auctions directly using a self-custody wallet like Bob Wallet.

Names that are trademark restricted are also prohibited from being listed on the Marketplace or staked in the Namebase Registry. However, hosting and DNS services will operate as usual.
