Effective December 1st, 2023, Namebase must discontinue support for USD/ACH transfers due to upstream banking issues from our financial services provider, Synapse. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition.

In anticipation of this change, Namebase will no longer accept USD deposits after November 1st, 2023. USD withdrawals will remain available until December 1st. Beyond this date, any remaining USD balances will only be usable for HNS purchases until we can successfully integrate a new USD off-ramp solution.

We are actively exploring the addition of instant card payments; however, we don't yet have a timeline for when this feature will be available.

In spite of this minor setback, we are trilled to announce that the Namebase Pro Exchange (BTC/HNS) will soon be accessible to all KYC-verified users, including those residing in the United States. This is expected to significantly improve liquidity for HNS trading on Namebase. Stay tuned for updates on this and other exciting new developments coming soon!
